RTB's Garage. WG 2.7 CRD Inlet Swirl Flaps. Hi fellow AJOR members, Would anyone have a picture of their inlet removed? I just want to get a better understanding of the inlet swirl flaps, where they are exactly in the manifold, what they look like, what they're made of, etc. Cheers, Rob.
And it was nothing to do with both the fault codes (P0340 cam pos sensor or P1130 fuel rail pressure sensor). Which just goes to prove that you should not take the codes at face value. It would have been easy to replace the cam sensor (拢30 - 拢50) or the fuel rail pressiure sensor (拢 75 -拢200) and still hdd the fault.

WJ GC 2.7CRD - Power Steering Pump - top seal leaks - solution please? The seal for the connector assembly of top pipe on the Power Steering pump (I think the pipe leads to the radiator fan) developed annoying slow leak, (top-up about 100ml a week) loosing PS fluid at slow rate. Pump still works perfectly fine.

2.7 CRD high pressure diesel pump. Just wanted to share my experience with a leaking high pressure diesel pump in my 2003 Grand Cherokee 2.7 CRD.
